These classes are first come, first serve for the bikes. You can purchase a punch card at the office. Punch Cards are $50 for 10 classes or you can pay $5 per class that you attend.

Cardio/Core Class

5:30 pm-6:15 pm
Core Conditioning will utilize a mixture of equipment, ranging from stability balls, bands, bodyweight and other equipment to increase muscular endurance and cardio respiratory fitness.  Men and Women of all ages are welcome!
